Tuition covers all books and 5th-12th grade tour expenses. 

TUITION PAYMENT PLANS

Plan 1 - Payment will be paid over 12 months. The first payment is due June 1, and the 1st of each month thereafter, with the final payment due May 1. The June payment is non-refundable. A $40.00 late fee will be assessed after the 10th of each month. If you contact the business office prior to the 10th this fee may not be assessed. A charge of $30 will be assessed on any checks returned for insufficient funds plus the late fee, making a total of $70.00.

Plan 2 - Payment of one month's tuition is due June 1 and is non-refundable. The balance of the tuition less the 2% discount is due on or before July 1.

Financial aid packets are available in the school business office.

TUITION REFUND POLICY

The June tuition payment is non-refundable.

Withdrawal on or before August 1 - July and August tuition payments are refundable, and any future pre-paid amounts are also refundable.

Withdrawal after August 1 - Tuition after the first of any month is non-refundable; all future prepaid months will be refunded.

OTHER COSTS

Hot Lunch - See Hot Lunch Program

Other Expenses - Sports fees, field trips, athletic tournaments, Fine Arts competition entry fees and 9th-12th grade elective fees.

PART-TIME STUDENT FEES

Part-time courses are avilable for students in 9th-12th grade.
Class: $850 for a full year, full (90 min.) block course; cost is prorated for shorter courses.

(There is no part-time attendance for grades K-6. You must be full time student to participate in sports and the class tours. Part-time students are welcome as space is available.)

CPLS CHILDCARE FEES

Before School Care - Hours: 7:20 - 8:20 am; Daily: $2.50 for 1 child, $3.50 for 2 children, $4.00 for 3 or more

After School Care - Hours: 3:30 - 5:30 pm; Daily - $6.50 for 1 child, $9.00 for 2 children, $11.00 for 3 or more
